In April 2016, Crystal L. Kendrick, president of The Voice of Your Customer and founder of The Voice of Black Cincinnati, was named a 2015 Enquirer Woman of the Year.


For the 48th year, The Enquirer is recognizing a group of women for their contributions to local communities through our Women of the Year program. Each were recognized formally at a Wednesday, April 13, luncheon at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Cincinnati.

Since 1968, The Enquirer has honored the Women of the Year in an annual celebration of the forward-thinking women who make Greater Cincinnati a special place to live.

Crystal L. Kendrick, a resident of Walnut Hills, serves on the boards of the Spring Grove Funeral HomeCincinnati USA Convention and Visitors Bureau and Cincinnati Library Foundation. She is also the National Recording Secretary for The Links, Incorporated, a women’s service organization. She promotes the arts and has been an active member of the ArtsWave Board, serving on the campaign, allocations and strategic planning committees.
